4-octaves Chromatic Kalimba
This large chromatic kalimba started as a custom instrument made on request. It takes some time to build, but occasionally I might build one or 2 of these instruments.

- 4 octaves range from C2 to C6

- Two piezo pickup systems, each with their own output jack
With the lower tones going down to C2, the overtones of the bass notes become more noticeable. For the lowest 18 notes, I tune the overtones to 2 octaves and a 5th. That way these overtones correspond to the upper tones of the instrument, and this provides a rich and atmospheric sound.
